Martin Luther acknowledged the importance of music in the church and in the hearts of worshipers, “Next to the Word of God, the noble art of music is the greatest treasure in the world.” God created each of us with a purpose: to worship Him with all our heart, soul, mind, and strength Mark 12:30.
Our Music and Worship Ministry at Lord of Life equips us – whether a participant or a recipient – to worship the Father in spirit and truth John 4:23, to be authentic worshipers who encounter the Lord in a personal way through worship. We strive to lead with many hearts and one voice. Come, join us in the honor and privilege of leading God’s people into His presence!

Rejoice!
Rejoice! is the worship team for our 10:45 am blended/contemporary worship. We would love to have more musicians and singers, allowing us to rotate participants. We currently rehearse Sunday mornings at 10:20 am. This group carries a high degree of commitment, and more importantly, the honor of ushering our worshipers  into the presence of God.

Handbells / Handchimes
Our handbell / handchime choir gathers as interest is shown for weekly rehearsals prior to holiday seasons. We welcome ringers from ages 9 to 90!

Media Techs
The Media Ministry Team at Lord of Life makes worship more experiential. Without this important art form, Pastor, Children’s Messages, and music would not be heard; nor would we have pictures or videos on the screens.
We are always looking for new volunteers to join our team. If you would like to be trained as a sound or video tech, please contact Julie Koenemann, our Director of Music and Media.
We also have a Streaming Producer position, responsible for setting up our livestreams and monitoring the camera and social media feed during worship.

Please contact Julie Koenemann, our Director of Music & Media, if you are interested in any of these areas!
