Frances Riege grew up in rural Nebraska. She graduated from High School near DeWitt. After High School she attended college at Midland Lutheran College in Fremont, NE where she met her husband, Gary.
Gary and Frances lived in West Texas for five years moved Minneapolis, Minnesota because of a career opportunity. While in Minnesota, they had two children, Jeremy and Libby. Again after 5 years, further career opportunities brought them closer to family and friends back in Nebraska.
Frances enjoys hanging out with her children and volunteering at school and neighborhood events.
